- NATL - Marketing
- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
• Supporting with the ongoing maintenance of the Lean In Canada website including:
o Managing a yearly budget
o Managing an external agency (creative, translations etc)
o Building quarterly content plan
o Supporting local chapter needs/requirements
o Supporting Board of directors’ needs/requirements
o Supporting sponsor needs/requirements
o Tracking and growing engagement metrics
• Working cross-functionally with each board member as well as cross Canada Chapters to build yearly plans for content, sponsor engagement, etc
• Supporting the on going email database & engagement tactics
o Supporting in the development and execution of the quarterly newsletter - managing deployment, etc.
o Leveraging content from other Lean In Organizations (where applicable)
o Building content, timing, planning for email opt-in campaigns
o Measuring performance, tracking metrics for email engagement
** Ideal candidate has experience in project management, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity managing websites, experience building and growing a brand. Will report to the Board of Directors – Marketing Lead.
